Maintenance contracts are customizable to meet the needs of individual clients. On Site maintenance contracts are available with different levels of base coverage: Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
Silver Level provides for a 1-hour phone response and Next Business Day (NBD) on site service (during normal business hours).
Gold Level provides for a 2-hour on site service (during normal business hours).
Platinum Level provides for 24hr/7day coverage with 2-hour on-site response. Coverage is then customizable based on the components covered (workstations, servers, routers, switches, hubs, etc.), and the number of components. Maintenance pricing is based per each equipment, on a per month cost average. All contract prices include coverage for all installed components and Labor. (monitor, keyboard, mouse and such)
