FlexStaff™ STAFFING SERVICES

The constant change in information technology has made it necessary for companies to contract hard-to-find technical personnel for temporary assignments. Through FlexStaff, we provide the technical personnel necessary to augment projects and assist during peak work periods. ESS employs recipients of advanced training programs, ensuring that they are current with the latest information technologies.

ESS’s Staffing Department focuses on meeting client’s staffing and employment needs via four flexible methods:

System Engineering Services

ESS will place a staff member at your facility for projects under two weeks in duration.  This FlexStaff program is designed to assist your company with short-term technology goals.

Supplemental Staffing

Whether it is a single employee or a team of professionals, ESS has the staff to meet your needs.  ESS will place staff members at your facility anywhere from two weeks to six months.  This level of FlexStaff also includes an experienced project coordinator to ensure all tasks are handled effectively. 

Project Staffing 

ESS can provide staff to assist in the completion of corporate “short- and long-term” goals.  ESS will provide staff members with varying degrees of expertise and can regulate the number of individuals depending on the required skill sets.  ESS typically provides these FlexStaff team members for projects ranging from six months and over.

Full Time Placement

For those clients requiring permanent employees, ESS offers full time placement services.  These services include the recruiting, interviewing, screening, and testing of prospective candidates.  The client then has the opportunity to select the most qualified candidate.

FlexTime™ SUPPORT SERVICES

FlexTime™ provides the technical skill sets and expertise to your organization on a temporary basis at a predetermined price.

At ESS, we recognize that your technology is mission critical. Typically, a file server or network operating system failure will have a major impact on your productivity. For this very reason, ESS has created the FlexTime™ program, which is designed to minimize the impact of a failure on your organization.

FlexTime™ allows clients to pre-purchase tech support from the ESS Team, to be used when your company needs it. FlexTime™ provides coverage on your MS Windows, Novell Network operating system and/or file server hardware and provides assistance with the restoration of your operating system, applications and data when it becomes necessary.

Our support is available in 20, 40, 60 and 90-hour blocks of time to match your requirements. Our available support hours can be customized to meet your individual corporate needs.

  • ON SITE SUPPORT SERVICES

    Our On-site support services address the diverse needs of today's geographically dispersed businesses to keep your distributed desktop systems servers and active network electronics up and running for maximum productivity.

    Enterprise Solution Services has the technical staffing to address the service and maintenance issues facing growing companies, in today’s evolving workplace. As your company acquires more technology, the maintenance and support of this equipment is essential to ensure maximum productivity.

    We offer the following services, all of which are integrated with change management and asset tracking procedures:

    • Equipment Maintenance Contracts
    • On-site moves, additions, and changes
    • LAN/WAN Connectivity: Upgrades, troubleshooting, repair and resolution of communication issues (Internet Connectivity, VLANs, Routers, Switches, and Hubs, etc.)
    • On-site break/fix support
    • Preventive Maintenance
    • System Analysis and Design - to ensure your network functions at maximum efficiency
    • Support staff - short or long term staffing placements for network administration and desktop support assistance
    • Disposal or redeployment for equipment being replaced, including digital "Expiration Certificate" data to import into asset management systems.

    Maintenance contracts are customizable to meet the needs of individual clients. On Site maintenance contracts are available with different levels of base coverage: Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

    Silver Level provides for a 1-hour phone response and Next Business Day (NBD) on site service (during normal business hours).

    Gold Level provides for a 2-hour on site service (during normal business hours).

    Platinum Level provides for 24hr/7day coverage with 2-hour on-site response. Coverage is then customizable based on the components covered (workstations, servers, routers, switches, hubs, etc.), and the number of components. Maintenance pricing is based per each equipment, on a per month cost average. All contract prices include coverage for all installed components and Labor. (monitor, keyboard, mouse and such)
