FlexTime™ SUPPORT SERVICES

FlexTime™ provides the technical skill sets and expertise to your organization on a temporary basis at a predetermined price.

At ESS, we recognize that your technology is mission critical. Typically, a file server or network operating system failure will have a major impact on your productivity. For this very reason, ESS has created the FlexTime™ program, which is designed to minimize the impact of a failure on your organization.

FlexTime™ allows clients to pre-purchase tech support from the ESS Team, to be used when your company needs it. FlexTime™ provides coverage on your MS Windows, Novell Network operating system and/or file server hardware and provides assistance with the restoration of your operating system, applications and data when it becomes necessary.

Our support is available in 20, 40, 60 and 90-hour blocks of time to match your requirements. Our available support hours can be customized to meet your individual corporate needs.
